Peter York (born 15 August 1942) is a British rock drumme] who has been performing since the 1960s.
He was one of the
original members of the Spencer Davis Group. York stayed with the band until 1969.
He also played with Eric Clapton, Paul Jones, Jack Bruce, Steve Winwood, Ben Palmer, Jon Lord, Miller Anderson, Tony Ashton, Brian Auger, Zoot Money, Colin Hodgkinson, Chris Farlowe and many others.
